Avis gave us a VW Tiago. Although VW call it an SUV it was on the small side for 4 adults and suitcases. Holiday was good and trying to persuade my son to book through you for trip from Belize in December.

Our Easyjet flight was cancelled when we were sitting waiting for the gate to be announced. I contacted Rebecca who had finished work but she got right on the phone to sort other arrangements. She called back within minutes informing us that new flights were held for the next morning and she had also held 4 hotel rooms at Edinburgh airport for us. So we had no stress arranging alternative flights and hotels ourselves. Also the hotel she booked in Athens before we went on our cruise was perfect - lovely staff, lovely food and it was spotless. Would highly recommend using DialAFlight again.

I have filled out the Hertz hire car review. The Ford Focus car was awful - stank of cigarettes, had done over 60000Km, wheel bearing on driver's side rear or front clearly needed replacing as extremely noisy and heavy vibration when going over 100km/h. The car was extremely expensive and was the sort of vehicle you would expect when using a cheap disreputable rental company visiting a holiday island - not a vehicle from Hertz at nearly £300 for the day
