Advise any clients leaving from BHX that they need plenty of time to get up to departure gates and through security. It was a shambles there on the day that I flew out.

As always we received first class service from Calvin and his team. Our stay in Qatar was absolutely fabulous. We stayed at the Ritz Carlton and upgraded to the Club Lounge - which was incredible value for money (alcoholic drinks included from 12 noon until 9pm), breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and snax 24/7. The hotel spoilt me rotten for my birthday... I received 4 bunches of flowers from different staff members, 6 cakes, and other gifts. We could not recommend the hotel highly enough, as well as yourselves.
Always kept informed, well-organised, very good hotels, particularly the one in Mauritius and overall very good flights (Qatar business class was excellent). Will use DialAFlight again.

Whenever he’s unavailable I have received exceptional service from whoever dealt with me. It is a great tribute to the culture in your company! In addition, every time I phone I never have to wait for more than a few seconds to be answered. In my experience this is unique and deserving of the highest praise.
