Orlando and his team were exemplary

Katie Wallis was fantastic. She found us the best deal, changed our flights to accommodate our baby's sleep routine and kept us updated with any changes. We didn't have to do a thing. Would definitely recommend and would use her again.

As always, Lloyd came through with a better sggestion as a location for my 'Daddy and daughter' trip taking into consideration that my dad is 90-years-old. The hotel was on point. The staff at the Ritz Carlton couldn’t do enough for us and the hotel was immaculate.

From the time we arrived at Amman airport. a member of the travel company was waiting for us at customs who dealt with the visas very efficiently. The driver and guide were very helpful and supported my husband as he has disability walking. The hotels were very good especially Holiday Inn was excellent. Leo at DialAFlight was excellent at organising this private holiday for three of us taking our needs into account. Well done and thank you

Everything was what we expected from DialAFlight! Perfect trip to Cairo then onto Aswan via the Nile. Everything was as told to us by Conrad!

Outstanding service particularly when the flight was cancelled and an alternative flight was not acceptable. DialAFlight came to the rescue at 0200 hours and sorted the situation quickly and efficiently.

Vinnie gives us fantastic service

We had an issue with our room not being available as promised by the hotel and were already en route to the airport when they emailed us. Ryan took care of everything! When we got to the hotel we were upgraded to a suite with a complimentary mini bar, and they also gave us complimentary food & beverage vouchers to the value of £250! Whilst staying at the hotel the service we received from all the staff was fantastic - they took care of our every request and made sure the rest of our stay was perfect. All thanks to Ryan
