Spot on again

The transfer company did not contact our hotel concierge to confirm our pick up for our return journey … our hotel reception staff were amazing and sorted for us. Apart from that everything was absolutely brilliant .

Our luggage missed the connection in Doha, only got it just before boarding the cruise ship. Need to leave more time between connections.

As is usually the case with the travel that DialAFlight organise for me, this was a complex itinerary. On this occasion the team went over and above to sort out a hiccup with one the flights I was taking. We did this, long distance by email, and the team were very quick with their responses, sorting the problem out very satisfactorily. I'd never hesitate to recommend them.

Abu Dhabi airport is extremely easy to negotiate. I'd paid for Airport Assist on way out, on way back managed very easily. Advice just for anyone else worried about getting through the airport.
