Abbie went above and beyond to ensure my solo trip went smoothly. I discovered on check in that I had been given a resort credit which I gratefully used for my spa session. I was unexpectedly allocated a sea facing room which was amazing.

British Airways need to fine tune things. We both have to have aisle seats. British Airways website is disappointing, confusing with conflicting information and frustrating to use.

Hotel location great ... but it was barely a 3 star hotel! I wouldn't recommend promoting it to clients

Excellent hotel but quirky, also the name has changed from Holiday Inn to the Penta. Very good location in a district with lots of shops and good restaurants. Tram outside taking you to museums and antique district. Thanks again for all help.

Many thanks to Charlie Miles for his cheerful and efficient management of our recent flights to Prague - so reassuring to have expert advice.

Seats booked weren't the ones we were told and we had very little legroom which made the home flight uncomfortable.

Support and help from Matthew Price is exceptional and customer friendly. Trip was excellent and great value. Only downside the transport pick up return to the airport was 20 minutes late so added a bit of stress after a lovely relaxing holiday. However, this was down to the local provider and not DialAFlight.
