Although we booked ourselves into Rosenhof Boutique Hotel Oudtshoorn South Africa and Lemoenfontein Game Lodge Beaufort West South Africa they were both very good and we would recommend these places.
Perfect holiday arrangements. Everything went like clockwork. Jeff who we deal with was very helpful

Hire car boot too small for 4 travellers with 2 large suitcases and 2 carry on bags so we had to pay extra for a larger car at Cape Town airport
I missed my flight (fault of the airline) and one call to DialAFlight and I had an alternative booking scheduled. Thank you. I love travelling through DialAFlight.
It would have been better to keep the shorter connection time at Jo’burg. As it happened we had plenty of time but the Virgin office had closed so we couldn’t change to the earlier flight

BA shocking flight. Have complained. Gave me wrong seats even though I had booked. Flight overbooked, food dreadful on way out but better coming back to UK. Will never travel BA again. Lots of complaints.

BA's holding area for passengers needing assistance must be upgraded and must be made rodent free. it was quite disturbing seeing rodents running around on the floor and under the furnishing. No bottled water was provided while passengers waited in the holding area, when the flight was delayed.
