Fraser was amazing from booking to coming back. The helpline was super useful.

Only thing was that we didn’t get the wheelchair assistance that we needed on the first leg of our flight London to Houston so we had to struggle ourselves. But it was totally different when we got to Houston and also when we arrived back in London.

Unfortunately BA cancelled our flight the day before due to fly home. Your emergency service team were fabulous - nothing was too much trouble

Overall service was excellent. Only criticism was the suggestion of taking up an option of electric car - this was a terrible idea and caused no end of anxiety and difficulties. Poor infrastructure including limited charging points, difficulties registering to be able to charge.

Flights perfect, service from Sean excellent but all assistance services booked for airport (for disabled person) did not happen. No wheelchair, no buggy, no assistance!
