Have used DialAFlight several times in the last couple of years. Always very efficient, Spencer Ormerod in particular.
Another good holiday - worked like clockwork
I really like the personal contact a week before departure, just clarifying last minute details. Also a reliable backup team in case of any problems/queries.
All of the booking went to plan. Really enjoyed the Virgin lounge experience. I would suggest that you recommend travellers to Namibia hire an SUV or a 4x4 as the gravel roads were challenging in a Toyota Corrolla.
Another excellent flight organised by yourselves. Even when we noticed that the airline had altered our flights you swiftly returned us to manageable transfers. It's helpful to be able to call and talk plans or problems through with a person...usually Rory.
Great customer service - knowledgeable, helpful staff.
Not your fault but the wheelchair assistance requested for my wife was the worst at Heathrow T3. All other airports were fantastic.
Wouldn't go anywhere else for flights etc. Ryan is a star!
Everything perfect. Thanks for the pre-flight call
DialAFlight gives an excellent service. I won't hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family.
Isla looked after us very well as normal
Thank you Rupert.
Had problems with flights, phoned Zac. Great advice which got us home on time.
Just a pity that the French traffic controllers went on strike so we missed our connecting flight to Windhoek but 9 hrs later had the last flight that night.
DialAFlight are always excellent - thank you
Needed to change my return flights and got through to someone very quickly who found me the best deal
An amazing holiday enhanced by Matt on the other end of the phone.
I always book flights with you because you don't laugh when I ask for strange advice from 6000 miles away. Like how do get a Kudu horn home?
I'm a real fan of DialAFlight. You've never let me down. I'll continue to strongly recommend DialAFlight to all my friends and acquaintances. Thankyou
Your strong point is the personal relationship I get with your staff. Alfie, and Ray before him, were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hire car we got from Bidvest at Windhoek was a bit of an old boneshaker but that's not Alfie's fault!
The service was perfect - thanks
Always great service. Please can you put pressure on BA to do something about booking seats - this gave us great problems outbound
As usual, everything went smoothly and Rory rang to wish us a good trip and check everything was OK.
I always book my holidays with you because I like your team and I always get a good deal.
All my dealings with DialAFlight are top notch. Only have good things to say about you.
A special word of thanks to Matt - always swift in response, good with advice and very supportive.
Your staff are helpful, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Thanks
Robin has always been very helpful searching for the perfect flight and most important the best price. Have booked many holidays over the years with DialAFlight
Thankyou for a very efficient service
Thanks Brett for your help. Seats were excellent though might pay extra and fly direct to SA if I go again!

Windhoek makes a great place to begin or break a journey through Namibia and the accommodation choices, food variety, cultural sights, shopping and African urban buzz give it an edge not found anywhere else in the country. In the vast arid space of Northern Namibia lies one of Southern Africa’s best loved wildlife sanctuaries . . . and on this fantastic four day tour you will see the best of it. Etosha National Park offers excellent game viewing in one of Africa’s most accessible venues. Zebra and springbok are scattered across the endless horizon, while the many waterholes attract endangered black rhinoceros, lion, elephant and large numbers of antelope. Etosha, meaning 'place of dry water’, encloses a huge flat depression, or pan, which provides a great, parched, silver-white backdrop of shimmering mirages to an area of semi-arid savannah grassland and thorn scrub. The pan itself contains water only after very good rains and sometimes for only a few days, but is enough to stimulate the growth of a blue-green algae which lures thousands of flamingos.
Valid from 01/11/2017 until 30/06/2018
Imagine the warmth of the African sun, the sights and sounds of magnificent wildlife and the quiet tranquility of the arid open desert plains . . . this is Namibia. And on this tour, which begins and ends in the capital Windhoek, you will see so much visiting Fish River Canyon, the Kalahari and Namib Deserts, Swakomund, Damaraland and the Etosha National Park.
