The security people at Heathrow are not trained properly in how to handle travellers with ammo and guns let alone with bottles of wine in the hold luggage. Left 4 hours before flight and he held us up with 5 minutes to gate closing. This is totally unacceptable. Last year they cost me £1000 extra to re book and re schedule flights which Bill did with great panache.

Appreciate the contact before the flight and knowing I could contact you if in trouble. Very reassuring.

No fault of your own, but there was an issue with lack of availability of a vehicle at Philadelphia. It meant we had a long delay at the Dollar counter and subsequently were issued with a vehicle that didn't meet our requirements. It took a few days to resolve the issue because Dollar themselves are not based locally, however they are a subsidiary of Hertz so was able to finally use one of their offices to make an exchange.
