Our flight from Sydney to Christchurch was delayed by an hour hence we missed the last shuttle at 3.15pm for transfer to Britz Rental cars which we were not notified and had to take a cab.

The trip was well designed and overall well executed. We had three instances where the DialAFlight itinerary was different to the local providers itinerary, which was less than ideal.
