DialAFlight, as always, provided an excellent level of service, for which I am very grateful. Unfortunately, our experience with Cathay Pacific at Heathrow was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standard I would expect from an international airline. Several self-service check-in machines were not functioning and I had to request assistance. Regrettably, the ground staff repeatedly walked away while we were still trying to check in and appeared far more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting passengers.

Lufthansa return was a nightmare. Frankfurt airport was disorganised. The airline changed gates 3 times, our seats changed once, they kept us on the transit bus for several minutes as the plane was not ready for boarding. I won’t be flying Lufthansa again.

We book through DialAFlight for reassurance and peace of mind as we are wary of booking online. Requirements on immigration for entry at Bangkok have changed and now require an App installed and a form, quite lengthy, being completed and submitted.
