Overall a great trip, particularly impressed by JetBlue - far superior business class than our last experience on an ageing BA jet. Dominick was well located and the staff were excellent. However the rooms were tired, scuffed furniture, and the restaurants were rather uninspiring for an upmarket hotel. New York remains an extraordinary city and an exciting place to visit. Can’t understand why Brits think it’s different because Trump is in Oval Office. It isn’t.

Airline food is still mush even when served with a proper knife and fork. Better choice of food in prison. Bread rolls cooked a week before
Wouldn’t recommend United for long haul. BA much better. Food terrible, TV didn’t work, no pre-flight drink in Premium Economy.
Always rely on DialAFlight to get me the flights I require for a complicated trip I do twice a year. Patient and efficient. Have had to use the emergency line once and was helped immediately!

Excellent service as always, from initial booking to a courtesy call a couple of days before travel. Would definitely recommend, especially in the current climate. Special shout out to Lloyd.
Would advise anyone who hasn’t been before and is going with children - that Hollywood Studios has only 5 rides and queues can be up to 2hrs long (and food queues up to an hour long on busy days). Meaning a family can pay $850 for a day trip and only do one ride - which happened to us. Aside from shows there are no other activities for kids, not even a playground - just a lot of shops. Worth warning people there is a lot to see but very little to actually ‘do’ so the average 8-10 year old might find it frustrating.
