Jarvis did a great job booking our flights and seats to and from America. He also alerted us to a mobile passport app which meant we were through border control in five minutes. We will be asking him to arrange our flights next year.

We stayed in the Hotel Sofia. I would not recommend it, at best 2 stars. It is a tired, old decrepit hotel with lots of work needed. The staff were all friendly and good, so that made some amends.

The only issue we had was the car pick up in New York. We had to wait almost 2 hrs for our car. This wasn’t ideal as we had a 3.5hr drive to our next destination. Obviously, not your fault but doesn’t reflect well.
