Wouldn’t recommend United for long haul. BA much better. Food terrible, TV didn’t work, no pre-flight drink in Premium Economy.
Always rely on DialAFlight to get me the flights I require for a complicated trip I do twice a year. Patient and efficient. Have had to use the emergency line once and was helped immediately!

Would advise anyone who hasn’t been before and is going with children - that Hollywood Studios has only 5 rides and queues can be up to 2hrs long (and food queues up to an hour long on busy days). Meaning a family can pay $850 for a day trip and only do one ride - which happened to us. Aside from shows there are no other activities for kids, not even a playground - just a lot of shops. Worth warning people there is a lot to see but very little to actually ‘do’ so the average 8-10 year old might find it frustrating.
When stranded abroad by a faulty plane, with never-ending queues and every local agent unreachable, I rang Tom at DialAFlight. He listened attentively and offered brilliant solutions. Excellent and professional!

A bit of feedback - the hotel Mayflower had bad smell in the room (matter dealt with at the hotel). Bozeman - again dealt with at the property. Millenium Baltimore Hotel - not worth the ratings if I am honest. Just glad that we only had two nights there! But overall a lovely holiday!

Tommy is an excellent travel adviser. If he’s not available when I call he rings back within minutes. He knows our regular route, which is a nice touch.
Had an issue checking into our first hotel so called the 24 hour helpline at 2am Boxing Day and reached Mike who couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful followed by Roger the next day who had contacted the hotel and sorted everything. DialAFlight as always was exceptional from the beginning of booking until the end.
