Wizard way to deal with Oz customer...

Thanks so much for the professional and helpful way you dealt with my flight booking. I checked with several of the well known flight brokers, which is not easy when calling from Australia, and we were given very indifferent service from most of them. It was a pleasure to deal with DialAflight as you understood my requirements so quickly and with emails and a further phone call we were able to nail down a good solution rapidly and effectively. You made Cape Town wedding perfect...

I recently had to organise a trip to Cape Town for my son's wedding and without the patience and help of your sales expert Lawrence I would have had a pretty hard time. After the initial booking I had many changes to make and rang so many times that I am sure he was sick of the sound of my voice. But never once did he get annoyed or impatient with me and dealt with all my queries and requests in a business like and efficient manner, something so rare today.

The safari was so good. Thanks again...

I must be the rudest client in the history of DialAFlight! All that hassle when Kenya Airways was on strike way back in August and I feared we were about to get stranded in Kinshasa and miss our safari and then I never even wrote to say thank you to you and your team for all your many phone calls and emails. We did get on that 'secret flight' which turned out to be so secret that the plane was only half full! And we did get to Nairobi in time for our safari in Amboseli. We absolutely loved Tortilis Camp and would recommend it highly - tents, guides, food, staff all fantastic! Wilson Airport in Nairobi is now officially my favourite airport in the world. Your ground agents in Nairobi were very friendly and efficient. The Panari hotel was very well located for both airports - which was all we needed - but was rather a strange place with very odd, time-warp décor (but perfectly comfortable and friendly and clean). And finally, Bembea House was A-ma-zing! So thank you and please pass on our thanks and apologies to all your team.

Working wonders with Orlando flight . . .

I recently booked a flight with your company for my daughter to travel from Teeside to Orlando on a KLM flight that was subsequently cancelled. I and three friends were already booked on this flight having dealt directly with the airline. But it was DialAflight that first gave us notification that the flight had been cancelled and it was you who managed to get us all re-routed on the same plane - an option nobody else offered. Your staff did brilliantly and worked hard to resolve the problem. Although price is always important when booking a holiday, what also matters is how well a firm responds when problems arise. You rose to the challenge and I will always use your company in future.

Helping out this clueless traveller . . .

Having flown only once before - the arrangements having been made for me - I was very nervous when I decided to arrange mine and my young daughter's flights to Australia to visit my son. It was all rather last minute and I thought I would try DialAflight because I saw your ad in the Daily Express. I called with great trepidation being clueless about these things but the call was answered by Jarvis who proved to be an absolute treasure. He explained in detail what I needed regarding visas, insurance etc and helped me choose between the airlines. After a lifetime of holidays in Cornwall this was a huge step, but I need not have worried thanks to Jarvis. I am so impressed by DialAflight's excellent service.

Tip top service at the business end . . .

Amazing what a good manager can do! For the past two weeks I have been dealing with Julian Betts at DialAflight who, quite frankly, deserves a medal for his tenacity, resilience and patience. I won't bore you with the details, but Julian solved all my problems. I have been a client of DialAflight for a number of years and you are always my first call when I travel for business or pleasure and I am happy to say this will continue. As a management consultant and somebody who works with call centres I know that good managers are hard to come by, hold on to this one.

Given credit for getting cards back . . .

Thanks to you and your staff for our splendid holiday in St Lucia which went like clockwork and for all the help you gave when I managed to leave my credit cards and some money locked in my hotel safe. After the hotel failed to find the cards and money in desperation I rang Vernon in your office and in no time at all he had the problem sorted and my cards and money were returned by registered post. This quality of service and genuine willingness to help and look after clients is sadly missing in this day and age, but not where DialAflight is concerned. May your business continue to succeed and thrive.
