Despite setbacks, including volcanic ash, Steve handled all aspects of the trip superbly and is a credit to your company and the travel industry as a whole. He is a consummate professional and is always ready to go that extra mile for my benefit and I can't thank him enough.

Keeping cool when volcano blew its top

We booked two flights to Nairobi with Neil at your West Malling, Kent, office that were cancelled because of the Iceland volcano. We would like to express our thanks to all the people at DialAflight we spoke to as the whole disaster unfolded. Everybody we dealt with over the three or four days was always polite, willing and helpful and at no time did anybody appear distressed or disinterested. When they said: "I'll phone you back", they did, and even arranged our refunds. Thanks to all concerned. .

Why you can bank on my custom again

I would like to tell you that today I received into my bank account a full refund from Air Namibia because of us missing our connecting flights due to delays. Help and patience that deserves an Oscar

We just wanted to thank everyone at DialAflight and particular Oscar for all the help, time and patience showed trying to sort out our flights over the past few weeks. We can't tell you how much we have appreciated all that you have done for us. We had an almost impossible itinerary, and Oscar's research has been extensive, his support continual and his manner at all times hugely professional, despite our demanding requests.

Dena wins top marks from Mystery Shopper..

Well done to Dena who was awarded top marks in a recent mystery shopper investigation conducted by Travel Trade Gazette among a group of top travel companies. The article reported that Dena " was friendly and happy to talk to me. I was never put on hold and was kept informed about what searches she was doing. She showed a genuine interest in what I wanted and gave a personal recommendation. The hotel found was close to the attractions and offered everything I wanted at slightly over budget."

You were brilliant during the crisis...

I was really impressed with your company's handling of the travel problems during the volcano crisis. Although I had to return from Rome by coach it was comforting to have people to talk to at the end of the phone. Friends who do everything on line or deal directly with airlines found it impossible to get through to anyone. Gavin and Ash (how appropriate) could not have been more kind or helpful even calling on Sunday morning to give me an update. Please pass on my appreciation.

Volcanic ash. Thanks for your help

I just wanted to let you know that Lulu could not have been more proactive, helpful, responsive and all else and is the sole reason we are home in the UK. She was so kind and accommodating and acted very quickly once the announcement was made. You are right about agent vs internet. Of course I am old fashioned so would always love a voice! We used you for Disney and Jamaica so we are firmly in your camp. Thanks for everything and hope you gained some good customers.
