Many thanks to your exceptional team at DialAflight for rescuing a potentially disastrous family holiday. We had booked a flight and car hire with you and arranged a villa and tickets for Disney attractions separately ourselves. Ten days before we were due to leave my grandson broke his collar bone and on the doctors advice we had to cancel. When he recovered we came to you with a view to rearranging our trip and you sorted out the flights and even managed to get us a better villa because the one we had selected was not available. The patience, speed, efficiency and attention to detail of your staff was exemplary and the result is that we have just returned from a brilliant holiday with superb accommodation and with better than expected charter flights.
