How your team beat the snow havoc....
I was really impressed with your sales agents Daniel and Raj. I booked to go on holiday to Oman using BA. The snow caused our flights on the 19th December to be cancelled but Daniel worked very hard to get us on a BA business flight to Dubai on the 22nd Dec. BA also cancelled this flight on the morning of the 22nd Dec and Daniel called me in the morning to get me on an Etihad flight to Abu Dhabi and rearranged all my hotels and transfers in record time to ensure we left on the 22nd. While Daniel was away, Raj took over and kept in touch by mobile phone to make sure all the last minute arrangements were OK. Absolutely brilliant service from both of them!! What could have been a holiday disaster with no travel turned out to be one of the best holidays we have ever had. The Ritz Carlton in Dubai was excellent (sophisticated without being flashy) and the Six Senses in Oman was the best resort hotel I have ever stayed in. DialAFlight will always be my travel agent of choice. When the snow storm caused havoc at Heathrow on the 19th December, the one company that could be contacted on a Sunday was DialAFlight. To get through to an airline was impossible.H Well done!!!

Please can we express our deeply felt gratitude to DialAflight and sales advisor Aaron for the excellent service on our recent booking. The flight was made because of the sudden death of a relative and was to a destination which has no direct flights and is not straightforward. Aaron treated our booking with sympathy, patience and understanding and went over his normal work time late on a Sunday evening to ensure everything went smoothly. He helped us cope with a very sad and difficult situation and we are so grateful
