    My only disappointment was that unless I paid more I couldn't book an aisle seat until 24 hours before my flight. I struggled to get access to a computer in Australia but did manage eventually but it wasn't really convenient. Glad I did as I had a window seat booked and was able to change it (although there were not many available seats left to change to). But apart from that my experience with DialAFlight was great. Thank you.

    DialAFlight arranged a three week itinerary for myself and my partner to go to Australia which was fantastic. Every hotel we checked in and flight we got on had all our details and everything ran smoothly, a perfect trip. We just advised where we wanted to go and they put it together. Would definitely recommend

    The Dorsett Hotel Hong Kong was rather isolated with nothing of interest in the immediate area. Half hourly shuttle bus to the nearest rail station was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean but small. Food was just about OK. No seating area available in the hotel.

    As always, excellent service from DialAFlight. Thanks Phil. Having had a one night stopover in Shanghai the hotel was tremendous and made us wish we had booked for an extra night. Next time, maybe?

    My flight from Hong Kong had an emergency landing in Chongqing in China where we had a wait of 7 hours before a replacement plane arrived. We arrived in London 12 hours late. However, Cathay Pacific could not have been more efficient and good to us. I know this doesn't have much to do with you but would like you to know how good Cathay Pacific were to all the customers on the flight. However I do not recommend a 7 hour layover in China!

    Assistance for disabled passenger worked very well at Bangkok and Brisbane airports but not so well at Heathrow. Hotel bookings at Bangkok airport and on Koh Samui very good. Thank you Billy

    Whole trip went really smoothly. was upgraded to the Novotel on arrival for the first 4 nights of my stay which was lovely. Last 2 nights in Sydney I was in the Ibis. Hotel was fine, staff very helpful but the rooms were very small, with no safe or hairdryer which I would expect as standard in a large city hotel. I questioned this as I had booked a superior room but was informed that all rooms were the same and superior only refers to the Harbour View. You might need to consider this when advising customers in the future. Apart from that everything was great - thanks very much.
