More information or warnings that luggage allowances vary so much on internal flights in Australia would have been useful. We have never done a trip like this before so didn’t know this. Overall very good though and we would recommend you. The app is great!

Gavin and the team have done an excellent job planning our flights to and from Australia and internal flights too. The communications worked very well and being able to speak to someone on the phone and calls being answered straight away is excellent customer service in my opinion. It would have been impossible with other providers.

The whole approach was completely customer based and I can't express how much easier this made our holiday. Travelling with a disabled friend was always going to be challenging but Kelly's support throughout was fantastic and her knowledge and experience created an even better package than we'd anticipated.
