Tony Judge provided an excellent and person centric service and as a result our trip ran like clockwork. He has been attentive and it has been a first class service.
My sister and I felt that we were in good hands. Thank you for making it so easy!
Excellent arrangements as ever. Will be in touch when arranging more flights
Fantastic trip, many thanks Isaac once again for all the bookings and your help.
Perfect. Will not hesitate to book with you again
Paying extra for seats worked well. Thank you for your speedy and effective booking. I always recommend you to friends.
Very helpful - made booking trip to Australia easy.
Someone to talk to at the end of a phone in seconds with no auto answer menu is greatly appreciated and sets the tone for a DialAFlight experience.
Very disappointed with the flight from KL to PERTH. Fell way short of business class standards. The matter was relayed to Malaysian Airlines who were going to investigate these issues, that was a month ago with little response. Many thanks for the way you organised my flights.
Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. Communication was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use DialAFlight again and will recommend to our friends and family.
Visa instructions for Australia could do with a little more guidance otherwise arrangements for another excellent trip were provided by DialAFlight.
Good to know we had someone available if we needed it but things went so well that we didn’t. Will be back for the next flight!
I always contact them to arrange whatever I need for my holiday. Well done and a huge thank you to Megan who had the patience of a saint when looking for our flights.
It was all fantastic, definitely come to DialAFlight again
Couldn't fault the service, thank you.
Gino was fantastic - our big trip went like clockwork and the whole holiday was stress free. Recommend highly .
Brilliant service - will always use you guys
All flights and hotel/apartment reservations were excellent and we had a super time. It was really useful to have the app itinerary to constantly refer to.
Thank you for organising our flights - brilliant service - thank you very much
My booking with DialAFlight was a seamless experience. My queries regarding my booking were answered by Ray who was very approachable and easy to contact in person. I was initially very nervous about my trip to Australia and Ray helped massively to allay my fears about the booking and the trip in general. All of his advice was accurate and I can not recommend them more highly.
Great trip, Ash, thanks for your help.
I always contact DAF for my trips to Australia or other exotic places and you are always great! Superb deals, great communication by phone, email or app - excellent response time when for example I had about 10 seconds to organise a visa! I have always recommended you and genuinely will be back next year - can I go to Vietnam please?
Amelia is always great to deal with, she is reassuring and super efficient.
Always helpful and available.
Total travel time of 36 hours to Australia far too long. Lufthansa Business Class not as good as Emirates.
Very professional. Excellent job by Robbie Karbhari.
Great service and peace of mind when booking with DialAFlight. We are now looking at our next holiday
Ash dealt with all changes professionally, efficiently and in a friendly manner.
All flights and trips fell into place, thank you.
Next time we do Australia we will choose flights that are on A 380 for both legs. So much better that B777 for business class.

The Bungle Bungle Range in the World Heritage listed Purnululu National Park, in the Kimberley region in the far north of the state, is unique and has been many millions of years in the making. Flying over or camping in the range is an exhilarating experience.
Now heading for the state's north-west coast, Ningaloo Reef is one of the best places in the world for swimming with the largest fish in the sea, the gentle whale shark which grows up to 52 feet long.
