I like DialAFlight but for the third long haul trip in a row Qantas logistic and operations did not match their customer service. One late flight two missed connections, unable to check in online saying flight cancelled which was untrue and caused stress. You sorted this out - thank you!

As always great customer service from Luke and the team. Phones are answered promptly and you get to speak to a person without having to go through a whole raft of options pressing buttons. Our flight home was delayed by 10 hours - it was early afternoon where we were but about 3am in the UK when I called the out of hours number for advice. The phone was still answered after only a couple of rings and the person I spoke to was able to offer us practical help.
Excellent, but for the transfer from the hotel as the company did not message me regarding the pick up time, or contact the hotel. This caused some anxiety.
Hotel in Singapore OK but lacking atmosphere and crowded. Not bad - just not great

The Chow Kit was very average with safety improvements needed
Everything fantastic apart from our return leg from Singapore which was a nightmare due to constant loud noise from a family seated directly behind us. Having spent so much on travelling business class this was very disappointing

Excellent service all round
Everything was good except for a glitch as our passports didn’t match the passenger names because our middle names were missing and at Hong Kong airport we had a problem going through security to board as a result
What a wonderful trip we had to Australia - Callum exceeded our expectations booking us a great itinerary for the trip. Would highly recommend
