One observation. The turnaround time of one hour in Singapore was very tight. I caught the flight but my suitcase did not make it.

Beyond helpful with the planning of our trip to Singapore, Australia and Dubai. No hiccups - everything went as smoothly as it possibly could. Felt so reassured knowing Roy was just at the end of a phone should we ever need his help.
Airport assistance at Manchester has not improved since we used it about 4 years ago. I complained to the wheelchair pushers and told them they should take note of how it was done at Perth Airport.
Cathay Pacific were excellent, apart from the ground staff at Heathrow. The flights were great and the premium seating very good.
Nick Beattie and his team were excellent .. the dead kangaroo and the tree in Handorff SA were a different matter. But that's another story.
I can not fault DialAFlight in any way. They were supportive and listened to what I needed for my travel to Australia. I would recommend giving them a call as they stay in touch and give you time, sharing information and details throughout.
