Everything you arranged was perfect - the flights, car hire and hotels. Not a single hitch. Our holiday was amazing. You spent a lot of time with me at the outset advising on itinerary and options. Doing this by phone with a person who we were able to get to know and obviously had great first-hand knowledge of the travelling we wanted to do was so much better than doing it all online.
