The flight back from Singapore was overbooked so the family were split up all over the place, one on row 49, one on row 68 and one on row 78 and they couldn’t accomodate our request to be seated together which was quite disappointing but it may help us the next time if DialAFlight can advise which legs of journey are really busy and how best we can secure seats together.
Finn and Gavin booked the items in our itinerary efficiently and helped us with last minute changes. Any queries were answered promptly as ever. This is the main reason we use DialAFlight. It is very reassuring to know that we can speak to a person whenever we need to.

I would not use Singapore Airlines again. Their lounge in Singapore did not give me any feeling of luxury and their lounge at Gatwick was not good. I found the seating in business class somewhat uncomfortable. Etihad, on the other hand, really do look after you.

Cathay Pacific good but the layover of 4+ hours in Hong Kong each way was a mistake. Just made the long journey too much longer.
I like DialAFlight but for the third long haul trip in a row Qantas logistic and operations did not match their customer service. One late flight two missed connections, unable to check in online saying flight cancelled which was untrue and caused stress. You sorted this out - thank you!
