Nicki was amazing as usual. We’ve booked through DAF for the last 15 years and simply wouldn’t use any other outlet to book our longhaul flights. Their knowledge of the aircraft, stopovers and carriers is exceptional.

More information or warnings that luggage allowances vary so much on internal flights in Australia would have been useful. We have never done a trip like this before so didn’t know this. Overall very good though and we would recommend you. The app is great!
My trip was brilliantly organised as usual and when there was a glitch which was down to British Airways, Damian Paterson cleared it up immediately.
