Karl was impeccable in securing a same day flight for my wife who had lost her mum
Really surprised Shelley gave us a heads up with respect to the underground strikes in London. Appreciated that and looking forward to the next booking.

All good. 5 stars
I have been using DialAFlight for all my travel needs, business and pleasure, for over 10 years... and I travel a lot. I will not use anyone else.
All very good other than we were unable to check in for any of the flights using the DialAFlight app
My travel agent Ryan is amazing. Knows my preferences and is always responsive
The assistance booked was great until returning to Heathrow Terminal 4 when for no apparent reason my elderly friend having been taken by wheelchair from the plane and then left to make her own way to the baggage hall, collect her luggage and push this through arrivals where we met her.
Nicole and her team always go the extra mile to ensure a stress free journey. Can highly recommend them.
As always. You have never let me down!
Every part of the journey went perfectly .

I had the wheelchair service all the way through which made my travel very comfortable and that's the reason I will always book my travels with you.
Excellent service. Will always recommend you to family and friends.
Phone calls aways answered promptly as promised. Stevi and Fergus gave an excellent service and we are extremely grateful for their help in making our travel arrangements perfect.
Reece is always very responsive and works hard on our behalf.
Great service - thanks
Bradley was great once again.
Stacey does it every time! We have booked all of our big holidays through her and she never fails to design and organise an amazing break. This time she exceeded all expectations and every tiny detail was covered. Her expert knowledge about safaris made our holiday a truly magical experience, and every person on our trip (7) agreed it was the best holiday we have ever been on.
Everything went just as it should!
Absolutely delighted with all the arrangements. DialAFlight have always provided excellent service at a competitive price and Samuel in particular has been superb
All went very smoothly
We had a brilliant trip - thank you so much!
Excellent service from start to finish. Special shout out to Travis
Such a great travel manager - would recommend highly. Thanks Teddy.
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
