Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Another awesome safari organised by Stacey. Thank you DialAFlight for a great trip!
Almost perfect - with one glitch on outward journey (the connecting flight was cancelled by the airline). The excellent Nicky Degun is following up with the airline
The airline smashed my suitcase! Can I claim?
Ash and your other members of staff very helpful and knowledgeable
It was very reassuring that I could speak to Richard or George if I had any queries or needed to make changes to my flight plan. What an excellent service - I have highly recommended DialAFlight to others.
Stacey went above and beyond to help book advise and answer all our questions Outstanding service!
Fantastic help from Kennedy! I will always use and recommend. Thank you so much
Everything went according to plan. Check by Riley before travelling was appreciated
No problems at all. Everything went as planned
Super service from Dennis. Communication was amazing and your app is brilliant.
Frequently recommend Emma
Fantastic service as usual.
Everything went like clockwork.
The check-in link to Airlink doesn't work on the DialAFlight App. It doesn't matter but I thought you should know.
The app is excellent and the folks in your office are friendly and professional.
Thank you for all your assistance. The trip went well and I will definitely be booking my next trip with you.
Excellent service and so helpful to an oldie who isn’t tech savvy. Thank you so much
Claire is a star who works proactively with us to ensure great travel experiences
Thanks to Ralph our change of flights to BA after Virgin cancelled, was easy. We had no idea how to go about it.
Always book through you - excellent service all round!
As always, dealing with Karl at DialAFlight was easy. Communications regarding finding suitable flights/costs was efficient and reliable. Can't recommend the team highly enough.
BA cancelling us from our onwards flight from Johannesburg to Durban without consulting us was very irritating and totally unnecessary.
Love DialAFlight!
Thank you. Our journey could not have been easier.
Kenyan Aairways is very good. All my flights were on time, gate info was available in plenty of time and in flight entertainment was OK. Food was excellent.
Great service once again, definitely recommend
Ralph was so helpful
Perfect service!
Great work, thanks
Very smooth process and support from Fraser
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
