Everything went brilliantly. No problems. Well managed by Dave Probert, thank you!
It was a bit of a struggle with booking the hotels but managed in the end. Cape Town was so lovely just what we needed and DialAFlight was good as usual.
Very good staff - couldn't fault them
Emma is superb and I frequently recommend her to my friends
Owen was so helpful, efficient and knowledgeable - I would recommend him absolutely
Cameron and his team most helpful
Found us a flight quickly and efficiently to give us exactly what we wanted
I have recommended John Huff to several friends and relations
Another fabulous safari organised by Stacey. She really is an African expert!
First class service from start to finish.
Reece went above and beyond and everything went like clockwork - this is why we use DialAFlight for exceptional service.
Service was great. We will definitely use again
The itinerary and arrangements were fabulous and completely stress free. A big shout out to Russell Harrison for all the support and information to ensure we had an amazing holiday.
Many thanks to Eric and his team - another fantastic trip with DialAFlight
We have worked with Matt Power for many years and he has seen us through many issues that have cropped up with his knowledge and experience.
Not impressed with BA service on return journey
Always friendly and efficient.
Everything went to plan. Thank you.
The whole process and attention to detail was perfect. And when Air France lost the luggage you stepped up yet again. Next booking coming shortly
Might be an idea to extend the transit time between flights.
Great recommendation for hotel
Once again DialAFlight exceeded expectations. They arranged a complete 22 day itinerary to South Africa involving 8 flights, 2 lots of car hire and 3 airlines. On top of this they arranged wheelchair assistance. Outstanding work Dexter Tashin and his team
All good, thanks
What an exceptional service. I have shared my experience and promoted your brand to everyone I know because of my personal experience! Outstanding!
Absolutely fantastic service
Keep up the good work
Very attentive and a great service
There was a delay of one hour in Amsterdam but that had nothing to do with yourselves.
Darren always provides accurate advice and perfect itineraries; much appreciated
Matthew and his team are absolutely BRILLIANT
1. Mix it up
Safaris work well with kids of all ages, but (especially without a smartphone or a tablet) they can get bored rather quickly these days. So vary up your trip with walks, kids’ activities and even horse rides in between game drives to keep each day feeling new. Poo tracking tends to be a popular choice with the little ones too.
2. Hit the beach
Mix things up even more by adding on a beach trip to your safari for the perfect accompaniment to what can be a busy schedule. Completely unwind and forget about itineraries for a few days to round off your trip somewhere kids can play and parents can relax.
3. Don’t be afraid to pay a little extra
We all like to save money where possible, but some areas of a safari experience are really worth paying that little bit more for. Your guides and vehicles for example, will make or break the highlight of your holiday and a private vehicle will ensure a more comfortable ride along the way.
4. Choose your accommodation wisely
There are many factors that come into play when choosing your camp or lodge, few more important than how suitable they are for kids. For instance, different camps offer different levels of discount for kids, making some of the seemingly more expensive camps actually cheaper for families. It’s also worth considering if you would require a larger family tent, or if you’d prefer a few separate ones.
5. There’s more to it than the Big Five
Plenty of safari-goers end up obsessing over lions and leopards, when there’s so much to enjoy and to learn too! Your guide can point out smaller creatures, plants and insects that can be just as interesting for kids and will help to stave off boredom whilst searching for more elusive animals.
6. Be prepared
There’s little worse than getting up early and setting off at the perfect time of day to be interrupted or to realise you’ve left something at the lodge. So make sure you bring your binoculars (plural – for easier sharing!) and your guide books to tick off what you’ve seen to keep everyone happy. And please make sure everyone’s been to the loo before you leave!
