I have used DialAFlight several times for holidays and flights and the service never wavers. Some companies get you on board and then take you for granted but not DialAFlight.
I would 100% recommend these guys. They are honest, open, quick responding, helpful, funny, professional and always there to pick the phone up as soon as you dial.

All went well until I arrived in Johannesburg. Unfortunately my connecting flight to Port Elizabeth with South African Airways turned out very sad. The padlock on my suitcase was broken and 2 envelopes which contained sympathy letters to my nephew and niece were torn open. Very upsetting as I was attending my youngest brother's funeral.

The only quibble of the whole trip was that on two occasions we were given a double bed when we had requested twin beds. But each venue resolved this issue.
