The route back ended up being a 36 hour journey. I wouldn’t recommend the route at all, but appreciate that was my decision in the end to get the rate. Support from team was excellent throughout

On our return flight - overnight 13 hour leg KLM did not allocate us adjacent seats - we had to pay additional £87.00 to swap to sit together. Not your fault but also not good.

Lots of flight time changes which were not your fault but the transfers didn't keep in sync so one in particular was a lot earlier than it needed to be. Apart from that everything worked out very well.
