Excellent hotels in Rome and Germany but would not recommend Duca d'Este Hotel, Tivoli for single travellers. They prefer delegates to big conferences.

We needed more help with our early morning flight. Check in desks did not open until 4.30am and no staff to give assistance. Unable to download boarding passes. Airport packed with passengers many as lost as we were. Accommodation not suitable for older guests.

The initial car booked was far too small for two and the check in option did not work and we had to call to sort it. However the modifications were acted on quickly, and the location and the hotel far surpassed expectations, and we had a delightful break.

As always, Michelle and her team performed perfectly. There were problems but they were entirely due to Swiss Air/ ZRH rather than at this end. So it has made me rethink my choice of Swiss Air/ZRH but I will continue to depend on DialAFlight for all my travel arrangements, that’s for sure.

All went well with our happy trip, thank you. The only problem, outside your control, was that Bristol airport is a bit of a nightmare place to get to in comparison to Birmingham, but that is entirely due to the roads network (and traffic) to get there.
