Everything went really smoothly and thank you to Lily for organising our trip.
The return flight on EasyJet was a disaster. The flight was an hour and a quarter late. I missed the last Gatwick Express into Victoria and had a return ticket. Had to pay to go to Blackfriars. Underground was shut. Had to get a taxi to Euston! Euston was closed. Had to sit out side in the cold and rain from around 2.00am until 4.30 when the station opened and then another hour and a half for a train.
First time I have used DialAFlight and was very impressed with Raphael who found the flights I wanted within minutes at a reasonable price. All done with the minimum of fuss. Excellent customer service - Raphael sent contact number in case of further questions and rang to make sure everything was ok before departure. Have already recommended DailAFlight and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.
Rebecca was there when we needed her when we thought we were cut off due to flooding in Ravenna from getting to the cruise ship. Understood all our plans, offered great advice and the app was excellent
