Yes you did what you promised and would recommend DiailAFlight. However did have a problem with British Airways which I have now filed a complaint and claim against in regards to a delay from Gatwick to Cagliari which was well over 5 hours in total! Everyone at the office was always extremely helpful. If the person you ask for isn't there, whoever answers the phone will handle your booking, no leaving messages and hoping for a callback.
