Second trip with DialAFlight and again, it was a success. Lily was excellent. The accommodation in both Pisa and Florence were in fabulous locations. We couldn't have asked for more. We will definitely use DialAFlight as our regular travel agent to ensure we receive the 'personal touch.'

Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful but breakfast disappointing. Travel in Sicily by bus was cheap, regular and comfortable. We would happily use you again.
