The layover time in Madrid on the return trip was very tight. I only just caught the flight back. Madrid airport is enormous and not easy to navigate. Something for you to consider.

Great service in keeping us informed before and throughout our trip ... and excellent deals on our flights. The hotel in Buenos Aires didn't really live up to expectation .. although it was quite adequate.
We appreciated the out of hours number and service provided. Often this is an ‘after thought’ but when needed, this was very effective - thank you
The flights were with Lufthansa and we could not get confirmation that the seats for my wife had extra legroom, even though they said over the phone there was we could not take the chance without written confirmation. We therefore had to pay for business class for my wife to ensure a comfortable journey (broken leg). Very disappointing and annoying. DialAFlight staff did all they could to help but could not get the reassurance from Lufthansa.
I wish the airlines would get their act together so we do not have to suffer cancellations, delays and having to re-book return flights! Hopefully one day it will get back to 'normal'

Another perfect trip
I was told there was a free shuttle service from the airport to the Hilton Garden Hotel. However, I had to spend £20 on a taxi (daylight robbery by the official taxi service) for a 2 mile journey. I was not told one had to book the shuttle.
Excellent communication - Richard was able to answer all our questions and provide the necessary information. Given that we flew 2 years later than originally planned due to covid we were kept fully informed and there was no stress at all. Great service - well done!
