Slight hiccup on arrival in Osaka as we were expecting an accompanied train journey to Kyoto. Instead we had a very couteous, helpful driver who dropped us off at the hotel. Hotel excellent choice with outstanding helpful reception personnel and ideally located. Facilities at hotel and breakfast perfect fit for what we needed.

Jordan Fell is an absolute star! Our flights had to be rearranged after our original plans to travel with BA via Doha had to be rearranged at very short notice.
