Great service. Metropolitan hotel in Bologna is ideal location, great facilities and service. La Fortessa In Florence was OK but let down by poor practice as luggage was left insecurely in a lounge after check-out.

Car hire was far from easy. It may be worth telling clients that the cars are manual. Most people prefer automatic. Upgrading was almost as much as hiring the car in the first instance.

Everything was good and the service provided by Joey was brilliant. The one minor hitch was that the room allocated at the hotel was 2 singles instead of a double bed
