We appreciated your help, however we will do everything to avoid flying with BA ever again. Their cost relative to performance is expensive in comparison with other airlines. In addition their service is also poor.

BA outbound flight was on old aircraft - no centre toilets, door broken, no headphones plug broken, no blankets. Not your fault but a different experience coming back on a newer aircraft with more room

Sadie is so helpful - every mistake I make she comes to the rescue. Brilliant

Had a delay receiving our luggage on arrival at Heathrow. They could not open the the luggage doors on the aircraft so we waited an hour before the luggage came through.

Assisted travel requested. At Capetown it wasn’t offered. You need to ask for it at check-in. Will know better next time. On outward journey at LHR had to wait 40 minutes for assistance to be provided.

The flight and car hire package was excellent and everything was plain sailing

Excellent as usual. Ethiopian Airways stint on the legroom so it is not really possible to recline the seats. Sitting bolt upright was more comfortable. Addis Airport is fun.
