Superb service from Micky Patten. Thanks! Just one thing to note - the Plumwood Boutique Hotel has clearly gone downhill with new management who lack any hospitality warmth at all. It is a great location and a clean property. Just lacking warmth. Also - I would advise guests to not be allocated a room at the back - it makes for a very different (not good!) experience vs a room in the heart of the hotel and overlooking the pool.

All the hotels were fabulous and we would definitely recommend them all. The safari camp and safari itself was amazing. Transfer in Cape Town wasn't very good initially as the instructions we were given for where the driver would be were not correct but pick up from the hotel was good. Overall it was a fabulous trip of a lifetime.

Only disappointment was the car from Avis, a VW Polo. The car was badly marked and the tyre tread dangerously low.

Europecar, a nightmare on the past 2 occasions I have used. Had to wait 90 minutes to get the hire car. And then a six hour round trip to take the car back. Once again we had to wait in a queue to get the car exchanged. Poor service. Staff very unhelpful.
