Mason and team are amazing at organising and knowing exactly what we need. After so many years I would not use anyone else to arrange my travel.
Karl Patel, goes above and beyond, which is really appreciated!
My second set of holidays sorted by Mr Orton this year. He was superb handling changes because of the war. Made some fantastic suggestions for both Sri Lanka AND the Maldives.
I would say stand out factors of the service I received would be: Professional, excellent communication and knowledgeable staff. I would like to thank Dale for his patience and excellent customer skills.
Extremely helpful. Many thanks
Very helpful for last minute change of holiday plans finding just what we needed in a very short time.
Very good - Scott is a real professional!
Great service provided .
First class support from Joseph
Charlotte was amazing and incredibly helpful.
Excellent as always..
Great service thanks
Still can’t believe you got us that holiday for that budget.
Fantastic communication and well organised transfers which left nothing to chance
Very helpful when I had to change my return flight
Thank you to Dexter for ensuring our holiday to the Maldives went ahead! Despite our original flights being cancelled due to the Middle East conflict, he seamlessly organised everything from alternative flights to an extension of our stay minimising the impact on our vacation. We have booked numerous vacations through him confident in his knowledge, advice and that he will secure the best price.
Finn, as always, was a star!
Thanks again to Eric for helping us organise a fantastic holiday in the Maldives. The combination of a personal touch along with the mobile app is just great. Can't wait to plot our next trip!
Booked with Christian and cannot fault the service - we will certainly be booking again with you guys
Stacey Rayner went over and above when helping to book our 'special' holiday to the Maldives and it was VERY special. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Stacey and DialAFlight. Thank you!!
Your suggestions of hotels was excellent. Thank you so much for your help when flights were changing and cancelled. We will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
We were already in the Maldives when the war began. The help, guidance and ability to secure a 'Plan B' to get us home was invaluable. I was impressed by the 24/7 staff and their ability to secure (at a cost) a viable alternative for us. I am impressed and very grateful
One of the entry form requirements is to name the resort booked. Our resort OBLU Select Lobigili did not exist in the dropdown box. I had to search the web to find out what other travellers had done and the actual resort name is listed as Aanugandu Island Resort. It would be useful if DialAFlight provided that information as part of their documentation
All in all a great trip - wish we had stayed longer! Resort beautiful easy 25 minute by speedboat. Staff amazingly friendly. Food in the restaurants expensive but breakfast buffet best ever. Great cocktail bar. Next time would like a sunset villa. We did request a room change but resort very busy due to clients struggling to get home
Lloyd Stephens provided an exceptional level of personal service. I have been highly impressed with him and your organisation.
The holiday was amazing - all your organising and advice was first class thanks to Dylan
Well done - will be in contact soon for next trip
Adrian and his colleagues were excellent, friendly, helpful and trusting from booking our holiday to the day we got home. They helped us through the difficult time with the Middle East situation, and made it a lot easier for us.
Harry has always been exceptional in providing excellent service. Our recent booking to The Maldives was customised and Harry ensured the trip was smooth.
Consistently excellent service, under Amelia and her team's care. I would not use anyone else.
