I made so many changes but Libby helped me every step of the way.

Had some trouble checking in but DialAFlight sorted it out - it was the airline's fault. Great service will book again in the future

Good flights and car hire

The service from DialAFlight was excellent. Our only problems were caused by the BA check-in which was useless and their customer helpline was of no help at all. It was a BA lady at Heathrow and a Westjet lady at Calgary that sorted everything out.

Jason always gives us the best deal available flights and rental car. Once, our flight was delayed for about 48 hours, and one call to Jason sorted out all our problems from rebooking connecting flights to rebookng our rental car at no extra cost.
