We were supposed to be going to Madeira (booked independently) but couldn’t land so were flown back to Birmingham - round trip of 22 hours. One phone to Ashley got us a new destination and holiday. Outstanding customer service from him as always.

Flights and hotel excellent. Word of warning, currently Lisbon immigration is a nightmare with new boarder controls. Nearly missed both transfers. 2hrs transfer currently not enough. Stressful!

In hindsight it would have been a good idea to have 2 night stays at all the pousadas. With a 10 day holiday this would have given us a bit more time to look at the surrounding areas and locations. Overall the hotels were all excellent and this was a wonderful experience. We will certainly recommend it to our friends.

Everything was great - fabulous hotel. I would, however, advise clients with non-EU passports, to expect delays both outbound and inbound, of up to 3 hours queuing. More critical on the inbound - no time to visit duty free.
