The only thing that you could improve was details of what was included in the activities. The tour group were very responsive though which is why we know the details were available.
Dominic and his team did a fantastic job. All I do is give Dominic dates and destination then I sit back they do the rest.

I was very disappointed with Lufthansa 's treatment of passengers using airport assistance. Very poor communication and left hanging around without any explanation.

There was one hiccup on a transfer, but that wasn't the driver's fault as his office gave him the wrong destination resort. Otherwise, everything was brilliant and Jonathan at DialAFlight arranged an amazing holiday.
