Had a few issues re second driver which did not show on their system. We showed them our documents and they honoured it but said in future we should add second driver when collecting the car.
As always, you guys arranged my multi-flight holiday in Canada easily and seamlessly. But what was far above any expectation was how Elliot got me the last and only flight from Munich (also organising the flight from Heathrow to get there) immediately after the Air Canada strike was announced. Thanks to DialAFlight, I was able to enjoy my entire day-to-day schedule of visits across the whole month of my holiday.

On reflection a direct flight to Calgary from Heathrow would have been a better choice.
While the tours were very well organised most were 10 hours or more, so a day's rest between trips is needed as we are not as young as we used to be.
When we needed help after our return flight was cancelled Amelia responded to my email and sorted everything out straight away, resolving a very stressful situation. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you!
