Oscar is a joy to work with
Excellent service all the way through planning and booking, thank you!
Billy Gardner is 1st class
I believe it was thanks to your help that I got an upgrade to business class. Thank you so much.
The only downside was the waiting time between connecting flights. Everything else was excellent!
It was a difficult time as my very poorly father sadly passed away while I was there. Jason Byrne went above and beyond to extend my return. I honestly cannot thank him enough.
As always, travel made easy
Amazing customer service. Have been using DialAFlight for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always at the end of the phone or email for answers to my endless silly questions!
Always use Finn to arrange holidays or just a flight. Gives us peace of mind if we need help as it’s there 24/7.
I asked for a car like my own Landrover Discovery Sport and erroneously thought that covered what I felt were basics such as GPS and cruise control but the Rogue they gave me (with no availability to upgrade) had neither.
Donovan was an excellent agent and made the process go so smoothly.
Seamless as usual
Very much appreciated the out of hours help. Though Carina was unable to sort the issue which was out of her control, she was very helpful, especially considering it was midnight!
From the first contact with Owen Burrell to my return flight from Montreal it was so good. I have just booked my Christmas holiday with you. So proof it's all good
Great - you are always accessible and so helpful. Thank you!
The flights were good, no delays. Very good experiance
Everything works well and Jack and his team are most efficient.
Excellent organisation. As usual.
Excellent service, thank you.
We had an excellent holiday and totally seamless travel schedule thanks to Cameron and his brilliant planning and suggestions. Everything was organised perfectly. So thank you very much,
I asked Rupert for recommendations as usual and he gave me some ideas I had not thought about. All were great and made our holiday better - one of the best we have ever had
The hotels were adequate. Would have preferred better quality hotels, particularly at our last destination, in Victoria.
Everything worked perfectly and the advice on the airline was very good.
Delighted with everything Roy booked for me. Will definitely use DialAFlight again. Thank you
As expected. Five stars service
Ellis, as usual, was brilliant
Couldn't check in online due to our booking not recognising our paid baggage allowance
Didn't realise we needed to book seats until it was too late for the first flight. Could have done with a heads up on this earlier.
Everything went totally according to plan. Many thanks for help and advice.
We asked for assistance both ways. Our 90 year old Mum was dropped at baggage collections where she had to retrieve her own bag off the belt!

Day 2 Banff
The full day is at leisure to discover what one of Canada’s most famous mountain resort towns has to offer. Overnight in Banff.
