Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
First time I've used DialAFlight. Very impressed.
Made booking flight easy. Helpful, no fuss given several options.
Ross and his team did an excellent job as always and I have and will continue to recommend him.
Everything went perfectly with the planning and execution and the support from Joe was fantastic. Highly recommended team
The flights were excellent both ways. The hotel less so. OK, just for 2 nights but I have never before had to eat breakfast off paper plates and use plastic cutlery. I would not stay there again.
No faults whatsoever with DialAFight. The airport assistance in Canada though was atrocious
You sorted out a very urgent flight and booking promptly and chose the most practicable and cost efficient rate to do it - I was very satisfied
Staff very friendly and very helpful. Thank to Jed and team
Always first class service.
You were all extremely friendly and helpful. Top marks to you all! Hopefully you will be hearing from me again soon.
Really great customer service - very helpful. I will not go anywhere else after using DialAFlight
Another successful trip completed. Thank you .
Thank you Kieran, once again, for fantastic and flawless customer service.
Always feel confident booking with DialAFlight
Jarvis excellent as always. Also very supportive over an unfortunate incident involving my passport. Thank you! All went well .
Always reliable and helpful
Brilliant team, very helpful and efficient.
Everything went as it should with no hiccups, thanks largely to Patrick at DialAFlight, who was excellent and did a great job of organising our month in Canada/US. We have already recommended DialAFlight to a number of friends.
Everything was perfect - due to circumstances beyond my control we had to change things about and you sorted it all out. Nice job. Thank you.
Could not have been better. Many thanks.
Harvey has excellent knowledge to help us with a complicated flight route. He also rang us after booking the car hire when another provider at a more convenient location was able to compete on price. Have used DialAFlight services several times now and each time been very glad of the advice, support and price.
Amazing service, thank you Ed Chivers
Liam delivered again!
Kylie was brilliant. Thanks so much
Everything went very smoothly. No hold ups anywhere and through airports in record time. Very happy. I will book with you in the Spring.
Efficient and nothing was any trouble, very helpful
I always book through you and I get support until the end of my trip. I must recommend Ryan who is an excellent Manager and always has time to talk to you. He also suggests places to see. One more thing I like is that you always answers the phone and don't keep you waiting in a queue
Awesome customer service.
Hotel choices in both Montreal and Quebec were excellent
Fantastic one stop service
