Avoid BA if flying to Calgary. The connection at Vancouver requires about half a mile of walking
Excellent arrangements and customer service.
Everything worked really well - connections on the return absolutely perfect. I suspect KLM and Amsterdam were working more smoothly than Heathrow. Frazer did a great job. Just need a new passport now!
Great experience, very thorough and helpful every step of the way, thanks George and Co!

Changed from a direct flight to a connecting flight but couldn't be helped. Everything else was good, Arthur being a big help.
