Your calls always answered within 5 rings.
Amazing service, thank you Ed Chivers
Liam delivered again!
Kylie was brilliant. Thanks so much
Everything went very smoothly. No hold ups anywhere and through airports in record time. Very happy. I will book with you in the Spring.
Efficient and nothing was any trouble, very helpful
I always book through you and I get support until the end of my trip. I must recommend Ryan who is an excellent Manager and always has time to talk to you. He also suggests places to see. One more thing I like is that you always answers the phone and don't keep you waiting in a queue
Awesome customer service.
Hotel choices in both Montreal and Quebec were excellent
Fantastic one stop service
Always excellent customer service
Very happy with your service. I will certainly use you again for any bookings.
Thank you for the pre-holiday reminders.
We always recommend Bradley to our friends. His service and expertise is exceptional. One call and he advises us the best options and prices
Great personal service as always
Will use again.
Marty was brilliant.
Air Canada cancelled my flight and DialAFlight did a brilliant job getting me on an alternative flight
I upgraded my return flight but the gluten free meal on plane was not ordered. I think it would be a good idea to confirm any special requests are met and confirm these if changes are made.
Excellent service as usual! Thank you.
Curtis once again helped us plan and book our holiday to Seattle and Canada and it was wonderful. Many thanks
Another fantastic trip put together by Julie, Glen and the team. Everything we asked for was implemented. All the flights went smoothly, all the hotels were excellent and we would recommend them to anyone
Thanks to Joanna who answered all my questions before our flight. It was very reassuring to know I could call my personal travel advisor if I encountered any problems
Business class lounge at Zurich was difficult to find - a map of where lounges are would be helpful as airports are now so large
Have used DialAFlight for many years and the service has always been excellent, never any problems. Highly recommend them.
Everything you arranged was First class! I thank you all very very much! However I was disappointed with Air Canada. The 737 flights to and from Halifax were full. Only one toilet for Economy, so a constant queue during whole journey.
Always helpful and positive service. I trust you with all my transatlantic flights.
Another great service from you and all went exactly as planned - many thanks once again
Lee was very helpful. If we had any queries, he returned my calls immediately. The trip went like clockwork. Thanks for all your help
So reassuring knowing that there is someone who actually answers the phone. For us a million times better than trying to book for ourselves
Absolutely everything went like clockwork. It was our first time using DialAFlight and the service and professionalism was first class. I will definitely be using the company again.

Your adventure reaches its end today, as you independently transfer to Vancouver International Airport for your flight home.
