Only downside of our recent trip to Canada was that we could not pre-book our seats in Premium Economy on our KLM flight out to Vancouver - despite Oliver’s best efforts to sort on our behalf. Everything else ran like clockwork. Would not use another service for booking transatlantic flights. Thank you!

Lufthansa wheelchair assistance left me at gate 24 and then the gate changed but I didn’t know and no one came to take me to the new gate. So I missed my flight to Manchester. I got a later flight but I got no vouchers for food or drinks or an apology.

We didn’t get Halal meals. I had requested seats in the front row with plenty of leg room but we were allocated seats in the third row. Long delays at Vancouver airport hence missed the connecting flight to Manchester.
