Trevor was superb - he got us extra leg room for both flights to and from Vietnam and the hotel he booked for us in Hanoi was amazing with a rooftop bar and in a very good location

Owen was fantastic and listened to what we wanted and adjusted the itinerary accordingly. He was available when we experienced a problem which was quickly sorted. It felt comfortable knowing there was someone there to help if anything went wrong which is essential in today’s ever changing world
We originally had a flight booked via the Middle East and DialAFlight arranged another flight. The information and checking in before the flight was great and eased our nerves knowing DialAFlight was only a call away and there to support us.
Maybe a message before the return flight would be nice with a reminder to check in. But not an issue.

From the day I called for a quotation right through to the holiday expertly arranged by Fraser Gillespie, we were most impressed with the excellent service. He went the extra mile by calling to check all was ok before we departed, and even kept in touch when we had one or two questions during our trip!
Louise, who arranged our trip, was superb.
We joined a ‘small group’ tour in Hanoi and found we were the only people on the tour (apparently February is the quiet time of the year). The hotels were all very good quality, 4 and 5 star but my friend and I are in our 70’s and after a few days we were shattered. You should perhaps, advise prospective clients of how tiring it can be. Looking back on the trip I appreciate how much we saw of Vietnam, its amazing scenery, people and cuisine and how much we enjoyed the whole experience. Perhaps a little less each day at a more leisurely pace might have been better but, who knows which of the wonderful experiences I would have missed!
The exo transfers were excellent. Always on time and good communication. Hotels were fabulous too. Only thing to make it better were few issues with the planning of timings but luckily I read through well and identified before we left.
Thank you so much to Mathew Price and his team for organising everything and for being on the end of the line at all times whether needed of not. Great service.
