Only complaint was about the toll charge. The car hire firm wanted to charge me $280 but I managed to get a Sunpass myself.

Please tell people hiring cars in USA don't expect the cars offered to have sat nav. I cried twice on my holiday due to this! We ended up buying an American mobile (the garmins were too expensive) which on top of extras (tolls paid up front, recovery insurance, return empty) we paid made the car stuff almost as expensive as the flights!
