The route through Kuala Lumpa to Adelaide worked well. The connection directly from BVI to Miami is very good and bags were interlined without having to touch them in Miami despite BVI and AA saying that we had to collect them. All in all a very good trip.
You did nothing wrong but I would never fly with American Airlines again. The service was so bad, the airline staff were very rude, we were thrown a cold pasta an hour into the flight because that was all that was left and we were offered refreshments once in a 9 hr flight

Double Tree Miami sunny isles I would not recommend to customers. Apart from the amazing views of the beach the hotel was tired and the staff unprofessional. I would highly recommend Naples Bay and Marina resort. It was clean, staff couldn’t do more for you and the shuttle service was excellent! We will definitely be back! Harmony of the Seas was AMAZING. Ultra spacious room superb for our family of 5. The best holiday we have been on!
