The usual excellent service from DialAFlight. We did have a problem with Enterprise car rental who were abysmal. I would give them 1 out of 10 rating.

Double Tree Miami sunny isles I would not recommend to customers. Apart from the amazing views of the beach the hotel was tired and the staff unprofessional. I would highly recommend Naples Bay and Marina resort. It was clean, staff couldn’t do more for you and the shuttle service was excellent! We will definitely be back! Harmony of the Seas was AMAZING. Ultra spacious room superb for our family of 5. The best holiday we have been on!

Better information regarding resort fees. as we had to pay when we checked in, these should have been included in the price or told we would have to pay when booking.
